What hardware do we need?

None beyond a smartphone or tablet. Valet102 runs in any modern browser — iPhone, iPad, Android, or a kiosk PC at the valet stand. No proprietary scanners, printers, or POS hardware required.

How long does onboarding take?

Most operations are live in 2–3 days. We handle the import of your locations, vehicles, and team. A 1-hour training session typically gets your valets running comfortably.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes — multi-location is built in from day one. Centralized dashboard for owners, location-scoped views for managers, individual workspaces for valets. Scales from one garage to a national footprint.

How does pricing work?

Tiered by location count and SMS volume. Founding partners lock in early pricing for life. Reach out through the contact form and we'll send you a quote tailored to your operation.

What integrations do you support?

We're building integrations with common POS and PMS systems based on early-partner needs. Have a specific tool you need (Toast, Square, Opera, etc.)? Let us know — feedback-driven roadmap means it goes near the top.

Is customer data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access controls keep sensitive information scoped to who needs it, audit logs track every change, and we run regular backups. We're working toward SOC 2 Type II as we scale.

What about SMS to customers — is that A2P compliant?

Yes. All customer SMS goes through carrier-approved A2P 10DLC routing, with clear opt-in language, STOP/HELP keywords, and message frequency disclosure. See our Terms of Service for the full disclosure.

Can we cancel anytime?

The Valet102 story

From a Wayne State parking lot at 2 a.m. to a platform built by the people who actually use it.

During my freshman year at Wayne State University, I worked as a valet attendant. Night after night, I struggled with clunky, outdated applications that made simple tasks frustratingly complex. I watched my colleagues waste precious time fighting with software instead of serving customers.

"Every night, I saw how bad software was costing us time, money, and customer satisfaction. I knew there had to be a better way."

That experience planted a seed. What if valet management software was designed by someone who actually used it? What if we built an application that worked for the users, not against them?

That vision became Valet102. Every feature, every screen, every interaction is informed by real-world experience. We don't guess what valets need — we know, because we've been there. And we're not done. We actively seek feedback from our users and prioritize their requests in our development roadmap.

This isn't just software. It's a mission to make valet operations smoother, faster, and more efficient for everyone in the industry. We're building the platform we wish we had when we started, and we're doing it with the insights that only come from standing in a parking lot at 2 a.m.

  • Account information for employees and operators using the Valet102 platform, including login credentials and role assignments.
  • Customer information processed on behalf of our business clients, including vehicle details and the mobile phone numbers customers provide to receive valet status notifications.
  • Usage information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Valet102 platform.
  • To send transactional SMS messages, including valet service status updates (e.g., vehicle being retrieved, ready for pickup) and account-related messages such as two-factor authentication codes and password resets.

SMS messaging and phone numbers

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used solely to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude mobile phone opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., our SMS provider, hosting providers), under contracts that restrict their use of the information.
  • With the business client whose valet operation you interacted with, where applicable.
  • When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Phone numbers submitted for SMS notifications are deleted upon opt-out request, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valet 102 website and the Valet102 valet management platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Valet 102 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or providing your phone number to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Valet102 is a valet management software platform used by valet operators to manage parking requests, vehicle status, and team operations. The Service is intended for use by valet businesses, their employees, and the customers of those businesses.

SMS messaging program

When you provide your mobile phone number to a valet operator using Valet102, or directly to us through our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us about the valet service and your account.

  • Message types: Transactional valet status notifications (e.g., "Your vehicle is being retrieved," "Your vehicle is ready for pickup") and account or authentication messages (e.g., two-factor authentication codes, password reset codes).
  • Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your use of the service. You may receive multiple messages per valet transaction.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valet 102 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Governing law
