Why now

Valet software shouldn't fight you.

Most valet platforms feel like they were designed by people who've never stood in a parking lot at 2 a.m. trying to retrieve a Tesla from spot G-43.

Valet102 is the platform we wished we had. Every screen, every keystroke, every notification — engineered to disappear out of the valet's way.

  • SMS retrieval requests in one tap
  • Role-based access for owners, managers, valets
  • Real-time vehicle status visible to the whole team
  • Works on phones — no tablet, no laptop, no friction
Every night, I saw how bad software was costing us time, money, and customer satisfaction. I knew there had to be a better way.
— Mohamad Saab, Founder & former valet attendant
FAQ

Common questions, answered

If yours isn't here, send it through the contact form — we usually reply same-day.

What hardware do we need?

None beyond a smartphone or tablet. Valet102 runs in any modern browser — iPhone, iPad, Android, or a kiosk PC at the valet stand. No proprietary scanners, printers, or POS hardware required.

How long does onboarding take?

Most operations are live in 2–3 days. We handle the import of your locations, vehicles, and team. A 1-hour training session typically gets your valets running comfortably.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes — multi-location is built in from day one. Centralized dashboard for owners, location-scoped views for managers, individual workspaces for valets. Scales from one garage to a national footprint.

How does pricing work?

Tiered by location count and SMS volume. Founding partners lock in early pricing for life. Reach out through the contact form and we'll send you a quote tailored to your operation.

What integrations do you support?

We're building integrations with common POS and PMS systems based on early-partner needs. Have a specific tool you need (Toast, Square, Opera, etc.)? Let us know — feedback-driven roadmap means it goes near the top.

Is customer data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access controls keep sensitive information scoped to who needs it, audit logs track every change, and we run regular backups. We're working toward SOC 2 Type II as we scale.

What about SMS to customers — is that A2P compliant?

Yes. All customer SMS goes through carrier-approved A2P 10DLC routing, with clear opt-in language, STOP/HELP keywords, and message frequency disclosure. See our Terms of Service for the full disclosure.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes — month-to-month with founding partners, no long-term contracts during the early phase. We earn your business every month, not by locking you in.

Early adopters help shape the platform from the ground up. Priority features, exclusive pricing, direct line to the team.

During my freshman year at Wayne State University, I worked as a valet attendant. Night after night, I struggled with clunky, outdated applications that made simple tasks frustratingly complex. I watched my colleagues waste precious time fighting with software instead of serving customers.

"Every night, I saw how bad software was costing us time, money, and customer satisfaction. I knew there had to be a better way."

That experience planted a seed. What if valet management software was designed by someone who actually used it? What if we built an application that worked for the users, not against them?

That vision became Valet102. Every feature, every screen, every interaction is informed by real-world experience. We don't guess what valets need — we know, because we've been there. And we're not done. We actively seek feedback from our users and prioritize their requests in our development roadmap.

This isn't just software. It's a mission to make valet operations smoother, faster, and more efficient for everyone in the industry. We're building the platform we wish we had when we started, and we're doing it with the insights that only come from standing in a parking lot at 2 a.m.

What we believe

Three principles that shape every decision

Why we say "no" to a lot of features, and "yes" to the boring ones that actually matter.

From the lot, not the boardroom

Real valets shape every decision. We design from the perspective of someone who's actually retrieved a Tesla from spot G-43 at 2 a.m. — because we have.

Speed over chrome

We obsess over the few seconds between a customer's request and the valet's response. Everything else — animations, flourishes, "wow" moments — is decoration.

Ship what users ask for

Operator feedback drives the roadmap — not feature checklists, not demos for prospects. If a valet hates it, we fix it. If they love it, we double down.
